TALE, an international conference on engineering, technology, and education is the
IEEE Education Society’s premier conference series in the Asia-Pacific region. It aims to provide a forum for scholars and practitioners to share their knowledge and experience in engineering and technology ducation, as well as in technology-enabled educational innovation across a variety of academic and professional disciplines. The target audience of the conference is diverse and includes those working in the higher education, vocational education and training (VET), K-12, corporate, government and healthcare sectors.
IEEE TALE 2021 will be held from December 5th to 8th, 2021 on Central China Normal University (CCNU) campus, Wuhan, China. We are looking forward to see you in Wuhan.
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers of two (2) to eight (8) A4 pages (including tables, figures and references) in standard IEEE double-column format. Papers will be accepted only by electronic submission through the
online submission system, and a double-blind review process will be used to evaluate all submitted papers.
All accepted papers of TALE2021 will be indexed by EI Compendex, and selected papers from TALE2021 could be invited to publish in SCI/EI-indexed journals. Detailed information for paper submission can be found

The IEEE Education Society and TALE 2021 Organizing Committee have been closely monitoring developments related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, with the safety and well-being of all conference participants being our foremost priority. Due to the current epidemic situation, TALE2021 will be held in a hybrid way (i.e. online and offline). Please also note that, should changes in the epidemic situation require it, conference arrangements would be adjusted and TALE2021 would then be held virtually. We will release important arrangements in a timely manner in light of the guidance and recommendations of the relevant international and national health organizations.
