We extend a warm welcome to you to join us at the International Connect on Food Science and Technology in Barcelona, Spain, taking place from February 20th to 22nd, 2025.
We are excited to present an engaging program, which includes industry-based workshops, distinguished plenary and keynote speakers, concurrent sessions led by industry experts, applied research presentations, and ample networking opportunities. We anticipate participation from people representing the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and beyond, making this event truly global in scope.
The congress aims to address the emerging challenges facing the food science and technology sector. To foster collaboration and innovation, we encourage the multi- and interdisciplinary engagement of scientific communities that often operate in isolation.
