  • Power Transmission & Distribution: High-voltage DC (HVDC), AC transmission lines, and substations.




  • Power System Analysis: Load flow studies, fault analysis, and stability.




  • Protection and Switchgear: Circuit breakers, relays, and lightning arresters.




  • Smart Grids: Microgrids, smart metering, and energy storage systems.

The study of semiconductor devices and their applications in creating functional circuits.
