Manuscripts should be submitted electronically, as PDF formatted using the ACM proceedings templates templates (https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template); however with the author names removed to conform with double-blind submission requirements. Full papers cannot exceed 8 pages in length and short papers cannot exceed 4 pages in length (including references).
By default, workshop papers will be included in a CIKM companion volume published by http://ceur-ws.org/
