The School of Hotel Management, Tourism and Gastronomy of San Ignacio de Loyola University is organizing the III International Tourism, Hospitality & Gastronomy Congress, which is being held with a prospective vision of digital transformation and sustainable development, valuing the possibilities of economic, social and environmental development from the tourism and gastronomy sector.
This 100% virtual congress will provide a space for dialogue, reflection and dissemination of knowledge and experiences related to innovation and technology, culture, sustainability and governance. This event brings together experts, researchers, academics and professionals from the sector at the international, national and regional levels.

Submission Guidelines
*************************************************************************************
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Papers submitted should not be published or under review in any other national or international conference or publication.
Articles may be submitted in Spanish, English or Portuguese, once accepted they must be submitted in English.
Before submitting your articles make sure you have read carefully to detect typographical and grammatical errors.
All manuscripts will be reviewed and graded by the Scientific Committee of the event.
Authors of accepted manuscripts will have 15 minutes for oral presentation and an additional 5 minutes for discussion.
Papers may be:
Long papers: 10 pages.
Short papers: 6 pages.
