Education, which forms the basis of the development process of societies, has undergone serious changes in its historical process. In recent years, this process of change has gained serious momentum. There is a paradigm shift in the content, scope, method and perspective of education. The most affected by this process are the education workers themselves. The working conditions and rights of education workers are seriously threatened. In this context, it is of great importance to understand the transformation in education itself and education workers’ struggle for rights from past to present and to develop healthier education policies in the future. In this conference, the state of education in the historical process and the struggle for rights of education workers will be discussed in all aspects. The main purpose of this conference will be to discuss what healthier education policies could be against the transformations in the historical process of education, and to discuss the results by considering all dimensions of the working conditions of education workers and the struggle for rights in this process. In our hybrid conference, which will be held on 15-16 March 2024, education and education workers’ struggle for rights will be discussed under different topics. We will be very happy to see you among us in this organization.
