With tourism at the forefront of economic recovery in the post-pandemic period, the need to make known the best practices for the disclosure of tourism products is essential. The contribution of web technologies, online communication media and social media are fundamental for the informative and advertising dispersion of products of a tourist nature, with emphasis on cultural heritage, wine tourism, nature tourism, gastronomic tourism, tourism of health, with a special focus on thermal-spa tourism and tourism promoted by the organization of events. It is urgent to reflect on the best practices of the tourist industries in promoting their products, as well as the fundamental role of national organizations in support of culture and tourism, without forgetting the dynamics developed by international organizations such as the World Tourism Organization, UNESCO or the ICOMOS, among others.
The aim of I COMDITHT is to bring together researchers, hotel managers and entrepreneurs, tourism and heritage technicians from local, national and international institutions, influencers, travel bloggers, professionals from the audiovisual and graphic world, such as web designers, photographers, video producers, with the objective to reflect on the state of online tourism dissemination of cultural, natural and intangible heritage, the best practices currently in action and also visions, perspectives and ideas to be projected in the near future.
