We invite researchers and scholars to submit their papers for the conference to be held on November 29-30, 2022. Papers must be written in English, should not exceed 6 pages, using the IEEE standard template. For your paper preparation, you have to follow IEEE templates: https://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html .
Papers should be submitted electronically as pdf format without author(s) name. Only original works will be considered. Hence, authors should make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap works that have been already published or simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Publication
The authors of the distinguished papers from ISIA’22 conference will be invited to submit a revised and extended version of their paper to special issues of well indexed international journals (Pending Journals Approval).
Conference proceeding will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore (Pending Approval).
Call for Tutorial proposals
ISIA'22 will host a multi-track tutorial program to provide independent instruction on topics related to computer science, both fitting for the research audience and to an industrial audience. We solicit tutorial proposals that may cover a wide scope of topics ranging from practical techniques and guidelines over relevant standards through to theoretical work. Tutorial levels may be introductory, intermediate, or advanced.
Please send your tutorial proposals (in PDF format) by email to: lamri.sayad@univ-msila using the email subject [ISIA2022 TUTORIAL PROPOSAL] with the following information:
Title of the tutorial
A structured description of the contents
Length of tutorial (between 1 hour to 3 hours)
Modality (hybrid, fully online or fully in-presence)
Expected background and prerequisite of audience
The name, affiliation, email and brief biography of the speaker(s).
Call for Special session proposals
ISIA'22 welcomes special session submission. Each special session will consist of 4 to 5 papers, including invited papers and contribution papers related to the topic. The session organizers have full authority in soliciting and accepting papers for the session.
Please submit your special session proposals (in PDF format) by email to the conference chair at lamri.sayad@univ-msila.dz using the email subject [ISIA2022 SPECIAL SESSION PROPOSAL]. Proposals should include:
