*** Presentations ***
[Poster Presentations]
Authors of accepted abstracts who will attend the meeting are expected to present a poster (if not selected to give an oral presentation). Poster presentations will be from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Friday, December 11, 2020. To provide communication opportunities for all poster presenters, we will have two 60 minutes' sessions (1:30-2:30 and 2:30-3:30), so the duration of the presentation will be one hour. The poster PDF will be distributed to participants in advance to catalyze lively exchanges. We will inform you the due date of data submission with notice of acceptance. When preparing your poster, please keep the dimensions no more than 914 mm wide by 1292 mm tall. Any oversize dimensions will encroach on other posters or walkways. We will commend the best posters of student division and general division at the end of the day.
[Oral Presentation]
A number of authors will be invited (on the basis of abstract topic and quality of submissions) to introduce more case studies at our session at ICAE2020, on Saturday, December 12 and Sunday, December 13. We will release information about the presentation format and selection process for these presentations at a later date. Authors who are selected for an oral presentation will not be expected to present a poster.
