We are pleased to announce The first GIS LATAM Conference 2020. This year will be held in
Mexico City (CDMX), Mexico. it is organized by UPIITA-IPN and ANTACOM, hosted by
UPIITA-IPN. This conference focuses on the intersection between topics around the Earth
(and its phenomena) and trends in geospatial Information Technologies such as Spatial Data
Science, Big Spatial Data, Future Internet,Semantic Web, Smart Cities, among others. This
new scenario opens new challenges and opportunities to the GIScience research community.
Thus, this workshop will present research works concerning advances in the GIScience field.
Our previous event was the Workshop In Spatial Intelligence. The accepted papers will be
published in Springer Verlag , indexed by Scopus.
