GENERAL INFORMATION

The 37th Annual IEEE International Conference on Information Networking (ICOIN 2023) will be held in Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand. This year conference incorporates in-person and virtual participation. Originally founded in 1986 as the Joint Workshop on Computer Communication and developed over the years to become a major international conference attracting the technical community from all regions and continents. The Conference will bring together individuals from academia, government, and industry to discuss and exchange ideas in the fields of computer communication and networking technology. ICOIN 2023 will be composed of keynote speeches, tutorials, and high-quality technical sessions as follows.

Covered topic includes wireless communication, semantic communication, resource allocation, machine learning, edge computing, internet of things, security and privacy as well as communication applications such as health and energy.
