The NICS 2021 is an International Conference on Information and Computer Science, technical sponsored by IEEE and co-organized by Le Quy Don Technical University, and the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) of Vietnam. It aims to build a durable, innovative and conducive forum for international researchers to present and discuss recent advancements and future directions in the field of information and computer science. NICS 2021 will be held at Hanoi city during December 21-22, 2021, and hosted by Le Quy Don Technical University, Hanoi city, Vietnam. We would like to invite you to contribute your original work on topics in the following, but not limited to, tracks and special sessions:

***SUBMISSION & PUBLICATION Authors are invited to submit papers of up to 6 pages, written in English, in PDF format and compliant with the IEEE standard (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html). The proceedings of NICS 2021 will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. All papers must be original contributions and not previously published, nor currently under consideration, for publication elsewhere. Papers should be submitted through the EDAS conference submission system at: https://edas.info/N28878
