The 2021 IEEE 19th International Conference on Smart Technologies (EUROCON) is an IEEE Region 8 flagship conference for the Europe. IEEE EUROCON-2021 will be held in Lviv, Ukraine, 6 – 8 July 2021. Conference organized in Hybrid format. In-person participation is available for limited number of participants.
The conference is dedicated to the first public performed test launch of the Lebedev MESM on November 6, 1950.MESM as an Experimental Electronic Calculating Machine was research in nature, in order to experimentally test the principles of constructing universal digital computers.
The conference is co-sponsored by IEEE Region 8 and the IEEE Ukraine Section.

Submission Guidelines:
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference, and is not under review elsewhere.
Official language of the IEEE EUROCON-2021 is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.
Papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF and DOC (or TEX) format, on-line via the EasyChair system. Size of the conference paper should be from 4 to 6 full A4 pages, prepared according IEEE Conference Proceedings format: http://eurocon2021.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/conference-template-a4.docx

At least one of the authors (presenting author) of each accepted paper is required to register, pay participation fee and participate in the Conference. Each author can submit and present no more than 3 papers.
The IEEE EUROCON-2021 will implement a single blind peer review process. All submitted papers will be provided to three independent anonymous reviewers.
Duration of oral presentation: 12 min. Duration of plenary presentation: 35 min.
Publication:
All accepted papers and oral presenting at the IEEE EUROCON-2021 will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases (Scopus, Web of Science and etc). “No-show” papers won’t be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library (virtual participation is allowed).
