GUIDELINES
Registration
To participate in the DC, students should register using the submission forms available at the official website (https://www.ibpria.org/2025/?page=dc), submitting an Extended Abstract following the overleaf template available here. The deadline is on May 23th, 2025.
Presentation
Present a poster in A0 format (to be confirmed), following the guidelines here. The student must be present at the poster session to interact with attendees during the DC session (June 30th morning).
Book of Extended Abstracts
We will develop a "Book of Extended Abstracts", that will contain the extended abstracts. The main objective is to promote knowledge sharing and encourage attendees to preview the topics that will be presented. By sharing this document prior to the symposium, participants can plan their attendance accordingly.
