The Master’s Course in Corporate Solicitorship (Curso de Mestrado em Solicitadoria de Empresa), in operation since 2012, has encouraged, for 10 years, scientific research by its students. After a decade, and on a commemorative basis, it was considered pertinent to hold an international conference, to take place on February 16, 2023, with the aim of encouraging the participation of students (Master’s and PhD) and young researchers (up to 5 years after completion of the academic degree) from all over the world in scientific events and to be a forum for sharing and debating current legal problems in the various scientific areas of the course.
