The conference is sponsored by Science and Engineering Institute (SCIEI), Huazhong University of Science and Technology, co-sponsored by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, York University, etc.

Publication and Indexing:

Reviewed and accepted papers can be published to conference proceedings, which is indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
