Call for Abstracts
“Framing literary and film-induced tourism into a sustainable perspective” is one of the symposia of the International Tourism Congress 2022.
This session aims at a solid interdisciplinary dialogue and invites presentations on conceptual, methodological and empirical advances regarding these two niches of cultural and heritage tourism from a sustainable perspective. It focuses on the development and research of literary tourism and film-induced tourism products and experiences that foster sustainable development of destinations and cultural heritage and on examples of practices that endanger sustainability. Issues such as preservation, planning, strategies and partnerships at the tourist destinations will be discussed.
