Prosthesis (ISSN 2673-1592) is an international peer-reviewed open access journal on rehabilitation medicine. We welcome original research articles, reviews, communications and case reports, etc. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. Our aim is to promote the research and dissemination of new technologies in the field of rehabilitation medicine.

The coverage of the journal includes, but is not limited to, everything related to prosthesis applied in humans or animals through the use of new technologies or advanced surgical techniques: limb prosthesis; joint prosthesis; valve prosthesis; maxillofacial prosthesis; prosthodontics; prostheses applied in other body parts; control of prosthesis; prosthesis implantation; prosthetic infection; prosthetic materials; design and manufacturing of prosthesis.

Prosthesis is fully open access. Open access (unlimited and free access by readers) increases publicity and promotes more frequent citations, as indicated by several studies. Open access is supported by the authors and their institutes. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of CHF 1400 currently applies to all accepted papers. You may be entitled to a discount if you have previously received a discount code or if your institute is participating in the MDPI Institutional Open Access Program (IOAP), for more information see: http://www.mdpi.com/about/ioap.

We welcome you to send short proposals for feature paper submissions to the Editorial Office (prosthesis@mdpi.com) before the formal submission of your manuscript. Let us know if you have any questions or suggestions.
