Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal is peer review
international, interdisciplinary journal initiated by the National
University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Keeping high standards
and scientific ethics, the journal is published online biannually.
Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal answers current
challenges facing Ukrainian studies in law and politics and
meets an immediate need for their further integration into
the international academic community. Kyiv-Mohyla Law and
Politics Journal covers the broad areas of Law and Politics
focusing mainly on Jurisprudence, Constitutional and
International Law Issues, Political Theory and Methodology,
Area and European Studies.

We welcome submissions of original articles
related to the journal scope:
- Law: Rule of Law, Theory of Argumentation, Comparative
Constitutional Law, International Human Rights, International Environmental
Law, International Business Law;
- Politics: Post-Soviet Politics, Transitional Studies, EU Politics and
Policies, International Relations and Comparative Politics in CEE, Political
Theory and Methodology.
New publications in the field are surveyed and the reviews of the most
important works are also included in Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
- The manuscript should be prepared in MS Word format and
submitted to kmj@ukma.kiev.ua.
- All articles and reviews should be written in English.
- The article should be 5000-15000 words in length, or longer if
approved by the editor-in-chief. The book reviews should not be longer
than 2000 words.
- The article should contain: a). title; b). name(s) of the author(s), their
affiliation; c). abstract (100-200 words); d). 5-7 keywords; e). body of the
article; f). bibliography; g) bio (3-4 sentences).
- The article can be divided into several subsections (e. g.
introduction, theoretical frameworks, main subsections, conclusion(s)).
- Preparing the bibliography, please use the Chicago Citation Style
(Notes and Bibliography), 16th edition. All references should be in Roman
script in alphabetical listing.

DEADLINE
If possible, please submit your manuscript by July 29th, 2014. If this deadline
cannot be met, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
