Call for Papers Special Issue“Medical Knowledge Graphs”
This special issues is interested in knowledge graphs in the context of medical Artificial Intelligence(AI). It will will focus on advanced technologies in medical knowledge construction and application, as well as the key issues concerning medical knowledge graph updates, self-learning, quality control and validation.
Main topics and quality control The topics of interests include (but are not limited to):
1. Medical knowledge graph construction, e.g. NLP-based entity and relationship extraction, disease-specific knowledge graph construction, etc.
2. Knowledge representation and inference technology
3. Knowledge graph storage and semantic computing
4. Knowledge driven clinical decision support systems5. Medical knowledge graph update and self-learning
6. Medical knowledge graph quality control and validation
7. Crowd sourcing for medical knowledge graph development8. Data-driven and knowledge-driven medical AI technology
