Electricity (ISSN 2673-4826) is an international peer-reviewed open access journal on electrical engineering published quarterly online by MDPI.

Prof. Dr. Andreas Sumper

Professor Andreas Sumper is part of CITCEA-UPC, Department of Electrical Engineering, Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Spain. Andreas Sumper completed his PhD studies at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain, in 2008. In 2002, Prof. Dr. Andreas Sumper joined the Centre d’Innovació Tecnològica en Convertidors Estàtics i Accionaments (CITCEA-UPC) Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Spain and was promoted as a Full Professor in 2019. He has authored 3 books and 7 book chapters and has also guest-edited 8 Special Issues on various topics. Professor Sumper has published 141 publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences as well as he has organized and served on the Program Committees in numerous international conferences. He is the lead scientist of several national and international research projects related to electrical engineering.
