Presentation

For its Volume No. 4 – 2024, the scientific journal City & Tourism – Cité & Tourisme invites submissions on the themes of tourism and the city, urban leisure, and urban transformations, including urban planning, spatial development, architecture, and sustainable development. We particularly welcome articles grounded in one of the following fields: geography (cultural, human, urban, environmental), as well as management, business administration, and communication/marketing (hospitality, tourism industry, MICE business tourism). Empirical contributions based on fieldwork are also strongly encouraged.

City & Tourism – Cité & Tourisme is the first open-access scientific journal dedicated to tourism and the city. The journal is supported by a scientific committee, an editorial board, administrators, and international correspondents.

For Volume No. 4 – 2024, we invite articles (in English, French or Spanish) for a varia issue.

The journal publishes original articles, special issues, book reviews, interviews, and critical commentaries.

There are no submission or publication fees. The journal ensures rigorous scientific peer review: all manuscripts undergo double-blind evaluation. City & Tourism is a fully open-access journal providing DOIs for all publications.

The journal is published by ISTE OpenScience  Londonhttps://www.openscience.fr/Accueil. Articles published in French may also be translated into English free of charge as part of an editorial partnership with Wiley.
