It will favour a critical approach which allows a diverse array of voices to be heard on this issue, from educators to independent thinkers, adopting different perspectives.
What Should the Submitted Chapters Consider?
Possible topics include:
Should teachers engage in social activism within the classroom?
Current notions of political correctness in the academy and how they affect scholarship or academic life;
The impact of administrative policies which favour diversity over other qualifications
Issues with evaluating students’ work under political pressures;
The role of the academy in shaping public awareness and promoting political causes.
