The 2019 6th NAFOSTED Conference on Information and Computer Science (NICS’19) is an International Conference on Information and Computer Science, technical sponsored by IEEE and co-organized by Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) of Vietnam. It aims to build a durable, innovative and conducive forum for international researchers to present and discuss recent advancements and future directions in the field of information and computer science. NICS 2019 will be held at Hanoi city during December 12-13, 2019 and hosted by Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Objectives And Topics
The conference program will run for two days with the regular tracks, tutorials and special sessions. For the tracks and special sessions, we invite you to contribute your original work on topics in the following, but not limited to, areas:

The authors are invited to submit their full papers by August 25, 2019. The submissions will be peer-reviewed for originality and scientific quality. The proceedings of NICS 2019 will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

Manuscript submission: August 25, 2019
Notification of acceptance: October 25th, 2019
Camera-ready submission: November 3, 2019
Conference dates: December 12-13, 2019
Submission guideline
Authors are invited to submit papers of up to 6 pages, written in English, in PDF format and compliant with the IEEE standard (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
The proceedings of NICS 2019 will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. All papers must be original contributions and not previously published, nor currently under consideration, for publication elsewhere. Papers should be submitted through the EDAS conference submission system at: https://edas.info/N26598
