The Fifth International Conference on Linguistics and Language Studies (ICLLS 2019)* will be held in Hong Kong on 25–26 June 2019. We cordially invite you to attend the conference and present a paper.
The conference aims to serve as an academic forum for scholars around the globe to exchange research ideas and results, share good professional practices, and explore collaboration in the fields of language, linguistics, and translation studies.
Abstracts in any of the following areas are welcome:

The abstract submission deadline is 14 March 2019. Full paper submission is optional. Full papers submitted to the conference will automatically enter the competitions for the Best Paper Award and Excellent Paper Award of the Conference. Full papers submitted by the deadlines will also be included in the electronic Conference Proceedings with an ISBN (978-988-77932-2-9 for 2019).

*ICLLS 2019 is organised by the Chartered Institute of Linguists Hong Kong Society, and co-organised by the School of Humanities and Languages, the Caritas Institute of Higher Education; the Department of English Language and Literature, Hong Kong Shue Yan University; the School of Education and Languages, the Open University of Hong Kong; the School of General Education and Languages, Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong and Division of Languages and General Studies, Hong Kong College of Technology. It will be held at the new campus of Caritas Institute of Higher Education which is close to MTR Tiu Keng Leng Station.
