The International Computer Science and Engineering Conference (ICSEC) is the premier forum for the presentation of researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, research, experience, trends and concerns in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, and Information Technology. ICSEC 2019, will be held over three days, with special sessions and presentations delivered by researchers from the international communities, including presentations from well-known keynote speakers. Accepted Full Papers (4 to 6 pages) will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore database. In addition, the authors of the selected papers will be suggested to submit the paper to many journals which are indexed by SCOPUS and ISI.
Papers related to this conference theme include theories, methodologies, and emerging application are encouraged. Contributions covering theoretical developments and practical applications, including but not limited to the following technical areas, are invited:

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration. Papers must be written in English and formatted in the standard conference proceedings layout. Word or Latex Templates (US Letter size) can be downloaded from the IEEE Conference Publishing site (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html). Please, be sure to use the template’s conference mode (LaTeX users). Paper submissions should be uploaded electronically in PDF format to the ICSEC 2019 submission site (https://edas.info/N25941). There will be additional fees ($50/page) if your paper is more than 6 pages, and up to 10 pages. Papers accepted for the conference will be submitted to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Once the paper is accepted to present at the conference, the technical program committees will recommend the authors of good papers submit to journals, including:
1) ECTI Transaction on Computer and Information Technology (Scopus Indexed)
2) Chiang Mai University Journal of Natural Sciences (Scopus Indexed)
3) Technical Journal (ISI Indexed)
4) Journal of Internet Technology (ISI Indexed)
Additionally, the conference includes special sessions on highly focused topics reporting technical trends and breakthroughs within the scope of the conference, including:
1) Advanced Digital Media
2) Future SDN: Security, Virtualization, Systems, and Architectures
