As the new generation of sensors and tools are being developed, municipal governments are formulating strategic plans to implement smart communities at different scales and insights and solutions are urgently needed to innovate and manage urban spaces to improve livability and accessibility. The International Conference on Urban Intelligence and Applications aims to bring together researchers, industry leaders, policy makers, and administrators to discuss emerging technologies and their applications to advance the design and implementation of intelligent utilization and management of city assets and thus contributing in the autonomous, reliable, and efficient operation of modern cities. Technical programs of this conference will encompass plenary talks, technical sessions, and exhibitions. High quality papers will be invited to submit to reputable international journals. PAPER SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION
Each manuscript is limited to eight (8) pages. Two additional pages are acceptable with a page charge. Papers will be peer‐reviewed by the program committee. For publication, at least one author of each paper must register at the full rate and present the paper at the conference. Selected papers will be invited for publication in international journals (SCI‐Index). All manuscripts must be submitted via ICUIA easychair portal at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icuia20.
