2. All peer reviewed and accepted papers, after presentation, will be published into the conference proceedings by ACM, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, and to be submitted and reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI).
3. Prof. Chin-Chen Chang from Feng Chia University of Taiwan, and Prof. Li Jianjun from Hangzhou Dianzi University of China will be the keynote speakers
