International Conference on Interactive Systems “Problems of Human-Computer Interaction” is a biennial forum exploring human-computer interaction. Researchers and practitioners in the field of computer science are invited to discuss the latest trends and challenges on AI’s theory and technology, the modern state of the human-computer interaction methods and instruments as well as their perspectives to develop further.
Two forms of participation available: direct participation and remote participation. Proceedings shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication after the Conference.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
The registration form is available at the IS-2019 website.
PAPER REQUIREMENTS
The text of a submitted paper should be at least 5 but no more than 10 pages long (for Long Papers) or at least 3 but no more than 4 pages long (for Short Papers). To submit a paper please refer to the Easy Chair conference system. Papers should be in Springer’s LNCS formats.
Submitted papers will be subject to peer review and evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will be published prior to the Conference.
Accepted papers will appear in the Conference proceedings and will be published (with ISBN) at the Conference website, at the Ulyanovsk State Technical University library website and at the social networking site for scientists and researchers Researchgate.net. Proceedings shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication.
FEE
The conference fee equals to the publication cost which is 10 Euro per page (for students) or 20 Euro per page (for other participants). Participants should pay for publications in advance regardless of the form of participation (in accordance with registration rules).
Attention! The fee does not include accommodation and meals.
