Submission will be managed electronically through EDAS ( http://edas.info/N26984).
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the WOCC 2020 Conference Proceeding and will be indexed in IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex.  The best papers will be awarded on innovative and technical merits for the papers presented at the conference.

The 29th Wireless and Optical Communications Conference (WOCC 2020) is an IEEE conference and one of the major international forums for researchers and professionals from academia and industry to present innovative ideas and new research results, as well as exchange the latest discoveries and developments in wireless communications, optical communications, photonics, networks, big data and emerging technologies in communications. Original technical papers are solicited. The paper submission can be conducted via http://edas.info/N26984. We invite submission in the following symposia:

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the WOCC 2020 Conference Proceedings and will be indexed in IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex. An author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate and the paper must be presented by an author or a qualified representative.
All final submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures. Papers exceeding 6 pages will not be accepted at EDAS.
The WOCC Charles K. Kao Best Paper awards will be given to authors who present significant and innovative research in their respective areas in each symposium, judged by an award committee
