MMSP 2019 is the IEEE 21st International Workshop on Multimedia Signal Processing. The workshop is organized by the Multimedia Signal Processing Technical Committee (MMSP TC) of the IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS). The workshop will bring together searcher and developers from different fields working on multimedia signal processing to share their experience, exchange ideas, explore future research directions and network.
Papers are solicited in, but NOT limited to, the following areas:
- Image / video / speech / audio processing
- Multimedia communications and networking
- Multimedia quality assessment
- Internet of Things (IoT)-based multimedia systems and applications
- Multimedia hardware design
- Multimedia databases and digital libraries

- Multimedia processing for tele-rehabilitation
- Multimedia for smart homes and elderly case
- Augmented, mixed and virtual reality
- Signal processing and learning for big biological / biomedical data
