Papers should describe unpublished work and be submitted via CMT system (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/WVC2019). Manuscripts can be written in Portuguese or English, have 6 pages (IEEE format) and will be reviewed by at least three members of the technical program committee (TPC).
