Welcome to the official website of the International Conference on Sustainability of Food and Environment 2019 (ICSAFE 2019). It will be held during November 11-14, 2019 in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. ICSAFE 2019 provides the premier interdisciplinary forum for eminent researchers, academia, industry professionals, government officials and other professional bodies from across the globe to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in the field of Food and Environment Sustainability.

ICSAFE 2019 is co-organized by Nguyen Tat Thanh University (Vietnam), Center of Analytical Services and Experimentation (Vietnam), National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (France), Queen's University Belfast (United Kingdom) and Laval University (Canada).
