The 31st International Conference on Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering (SEKE 2019) will be held in Hotel Tivoli Oriente, Lisbon, Portugal, from July 10 to July 12, 2019.
The conference aims at bringing together experts in software engineering and knowledge engineering to discuss on relevant results in either software engineering or knowledge engineering or both. Special emphasis will be put on the transference of methods between both domains. Submission of papers and demos are both welcome.

SPECIAL ISSUE OF IJSEKE JOURNAL:
The best ranked papers from the conference will be selected for a special issue of the International Journal of Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering (IJSEKE) to be published in December 2019 for early dissemination.
SPECIAL SESSIONS:
Special sessions on Machine Learning Algorithms for Software Eng. MLA, Theoretical Software Eng. TSE, Semantic Enabled Software Eng. SESE and Knowledge Graphs KG will be organized. To submit to a special session please include the session acronym at the end of paper title such as "paper title (MLA)".
CO-LOCATED CONFERENCE:
The Int'l DMS Conference on Visualization and Visual Languages DMSVIVA2019 (ksiresearchorg.ipage.com/seke/dmsviva19.html) will be held at the same hotel from July 8 to 9, 2019. Authors are welcome to contribute papers and attend both conferences for a single registration fee (conference attendance only).
HOTEL INFORMATION:
The hotel has made available for these limited dates (7/7 - 7/14/2019) to SEKE2019 and DMSVIVA2019 attendees a discount rate of 98 Euros (approximately $110 US dollars) per room, per night, including a buffet breakfast.
INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS:
Papers must be written in English. An electronic version (Postscript, pdf, or MS Word format) of the full paper should be submitted using the following URL: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=seke2019 (submission website will be open after January 1, 2019).
Manuscript must include a 200-word abstract and no more than 6 pages of double column formatted manuscript for conference proceedings (include figures and references but exclude copyright form).
