This inaugural World Forum on Climate Justice will bring together leading civil society groups, academics, business representatives and policymakers to foster new thinking and explore pressing topics in climate justice advocacy, research, policy and practice.
The recent IPCC report outlines pathways to 1.5°C: We invite you to share your own thinking and research and to promote collaboration, discussion and debate in conceptual and empirical research in achieving climate justice as we adapt to reach the 1.5°C goal.

Patrick Bond, University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa
This new conference will be a platform for fostering collaboration, networking and wider engagement on how our societies and economies are affected by climate change and how this can be addressed.
