2. Two Outstanding Professors has joined as Keynote Speakers. One is Prof. Gordon Huang from Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Regina, Canada. And another is Prof. Yongping Lifrom Beijing Normal University, China.
3. The ICEOE 2019 was held successfully in Xiamen Ocean Vocational College, Xiamen, China.
