The International Workshop on Emerging Networks and Communications (IWENC 2019, http://www.iwenc.com) will be held on November 4-7, 2019 in Coimbra, Portugal in conjunction with The 10th International Conference on Emerging Ubiquitous Systems and Pervasive Networks (EUSPN-2019).
This workshop will bring together researchers from academia and industry to present their latest achievements, innovations, state-of-the art research and developmental work in the broad areas of networks, communication, security and mobile systems. Authors are invited to submit papers that fall into the area of Future Networks and Communications covering novel research results, case studies and applications in related areas of interest.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the online conference management system in PDF format before the deadline.The submission processes will be managed by easychair.org. The submission link is https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iwenc2019.

Paper Format
The submitted paper must be formatted according to the guidelines of Procedia Computer Science, MS Word Template , Latex , Template Generic , Elsevier.

Paper Length
Submitted technical papers must be no longer than 8 pages for full papers, 6 pages for short papers and 4 pages for work in progress, including all figures, tables and references.

Publication
All accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations and will be included in the conference proceedings published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series (online). Procedia Computer Sciences is hosted on www.elsevier.com and on Elsevier content platform ScienceDirect, and will be freely available worldwide. All papers in Procedia will also be indexed by Scopus and Engineering Village (Ei). This includes EI Compendex. All accepted papers will also be indexed in DBLP.
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference to present the work.
