The contributions of this special session are focused on Artificial Intelligence
(AI) approaches applied to the industry 4.0 framework, specifically recent
advances and developments in machine learning, deep learning, neural
networks, Fuzzy logics, data analytics, smart technologies. The interest are
the innovative research and novel challenges in bringing different AI
approaches to the industrial manufacturing and control, inspections,
predictive maintenance and health management, data-driven prognostics,
fault detection, decision making, industrial vision. Security, management,
signal processing, smart sensors, and all data-driven developments which
enhance the production efficiency are also welcome.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
