Introduction
Welcome to the 5th International Conference on Medical Imaging and Computer-Aided Diagnosis (MICAD 2024). We are excited to announce that the conference will be held on November 19-21, 2024 in the University of Manchester, UK. This year, MICAD 2024 is endorsed by the MICCAI Society.
Building on the success of our annual gatherings over the past four years—including Oxford (UK, 2020), the Shanghai Summer Forum (China, 2020), Birmingham (UK, 2021), the University of Leicester (UK, 2022), and Cambridge (UK, 2023)—MICAD is dedicated to fostering a dynamic forum where researchers, academics, and industry experts can connect and exchange insights on the leading-edge developments in medical imaging and computer-aided diagnosis.
Publication
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process facilitated by our conference committees. Accepted and presented papers will be featured in the MICAD 2024 Conference Proceedings which will be published with Springer in their "Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE)" (ISSN: 1876-1100). Furthermore, the proceedings will be submitted for indexing to prominent databases including EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, and Springerlink.
