** About ISOCC
ISOCC has established a long tradition as an annual conference providing the premier SoC design forum for worldwide researchers from academia and industries. Since its inception, ISOCC has been continuing to showcase the most recent innovations and trends in the semiconductor system-on-a-chip area with active participations from worldwide researchers in academia, industry, and institutes. ISOCC 2020 welcomes technical papers in the field of semiconductor circuits and systems presenting new advanced concept and developments in analog and digital circuit and system design, theory, simulation, modeling, experimental implementations and experiences, and emerging technologies in the system-on-a-chip area.
The 17th International SoC Conference (ISOCC 2020) will be held from October 21st to 24th, 2020 at Sono Calm Yeosu Hotel, Yeosu in Korea. Yeosu (called “Venice of Korea”) is one of the country's most picturesque port cities especially at night. Famous for its seafood, beaches, flowers and marinas, it is developing as an international ocean resort and tourist destination as well as being selected as a host city for the 2012 World Expo in Yeosu Harbor. The city of Yeosu consists of the Yeosu peninsula as well as 317 islands (49 inhabited, 268 uninhabited) with population of 300,000. Lying about midway along the southern coast of South Korea, Yeosu has cool summers and mild winters thanks to the sea wind and warm current. Its blessed ocean climate also brings Yeosu relatively longer springs and autumns than other regions.
ISOCC 2020 is in the process of getting finance sponsorship from IEEE CAS Society, and the accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore. A selection of the top accepted papers will be invited to submit an extended version for ETRI Journal which is one of SCI journals. We also welcome proposals for tutorials and special sessions.
