Cities stand to benefit the most from connecting people, process, data, and things. A smart City exploits sustainable information and communication technologies to improve quality of life, health, education, and also the performance of urban services for citizens. Knowledge University invites you to submit proposals to ICACS21 to address these issues. The conference will be held at Knowledge University campus in the city of Erbil, Iraq.



 



Due to the COVID19 restrictions remote participation via video conferencing is also possible.



 



Accepted papers will be published in a conference proceeding book with indexing by ITM Web of Conferences including DOI (Crossref), Clarivate Analytics (web of science), DOAJ, ProQuestand Google Scholar and others.

Format and Submission



 



Papers should be written in English; other languages are not accepted.



Papers should be submitted in MS Word format using the conference template (https://www.e3s-conferences.org/doc_journal/woc/woc_1col.docx) (Web of Conferences single column format).



Papers should not exceed a maximum of six pages including all figures, tables and references (no appendices).



Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere.



A maximum of two papers is allowed to be submitted by a single author.



Papers are to be submitted via EDAS. In case you do not have an EDAS account then you should create one to be able to submit (it's free).



 



After the notification of acceptance:



 



Authors of accepted papers should also sign the License Agreement (https://www.e3s-conferences.org/doc_journal/woc/publication_right_form.pdf) and send to the conference management.
