Welcome to AICBM 2021. Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) welcomes you to the conference entitled “2nd AIUB International Conference on Business and Management (AICBM)-2021 anchored with the theme “Changing Global Business Paradigm” which will be held on October 29-30, 2021 in AIUB, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The aim of this initiative is to bring scholars and professionals from diverse disciplines to a single platform for sharing the most relevant and robust research evidence pertinent to the areas of interest. The key intention of AICBM-2021 is to highlight the latest advancements in the arena of Business and Management covering a wide spectrum of Issues.
