Confmeets Publishing - Journal of Climate Change and Pollution

The Journal of Climate Change and Pollution is a peer-reviewed, international, open-access journal that serves as a leading platform for transformative research, critical analysis, and innovative solutions addressing the global climate crisis. As climate change reshapes ecosystems, economies, and communities across the planet, Journal of Climate Change and Pollution provides a multidisciplinary forum for scientists, policy experts, environmentalists, engineers, economists, and social researchers to share knowledge, challenge assumptions, and influence action. The journal publishes high-quality original research, systematic reviews, policy briefs, case studies, and commentaries that explore the causes, consequences, and responses to climate change across all sectors and scales. Journal of Climate Change and Pollution covers a broad range of themes including climate modeling and projections, greenhouse gas mitigation, renewable energy transitions, carbon capture technologies, sea-level rise, extreme weather patterns, biodiversity loss, agriculture and food systems, water security, climate-resilient infrastructure, climate finance, environmental justice, indigenous perspectives, and global health impacts. Recognizing that the climate crisis is not just an environmental issue but a human one, Journal of Climate Change and Pollution encourages submissions that connect science with society including interdisciplinary work that incorporates public policy, behavioral science, urban planning, community resilience, and sustainable development. Each manuscript undergoes a rigorous single-blind peer-review process conducted by subject-matter experts to uphold academic integrity, originality, and real-world relevance. As part of our open-access publishing model, all articles are freely accessible to researchers, practitioners, policymakers, educators, and the public across the globe, accelerating the translation of climate knowledge into meaningful change. Journal of Climate Change and Pollution particularly welcomes contributions from underrepresented regions and researchers working on climate solutions in vulnerable or frontline communities. With climate urgency intensifying each year, the Journal of Climate Change and Pollution serves as a vital bridge between knowledge and action empowering the global community with evidence-based insight, forward-thinking strategies, and a shared vision for a sustainable and equitable future. Whether you’re modeling glacial melt, designing net-zero cities, analyzing policy gaps, or advocating for climate justice, Journal of Climate Change and Pollution is your platform to shape the narrative and impact of the climate era.

Aim and Scope:

Journal of Climate Change and Pollution (JCCC) publishes high-quality original research articles, reviews, short communications, case studies, and technical perspectives that advance understanding across the full spectrum of climate science, environmental change, and pollution studies. The journal welcomes contributions in climate science and atmospheric processes, including climate dynamics, greenhouse gases, extreme weather events, climate modeling, and long-term Earth system trends. Research on pollution assessment and environmental contamination is also encouraged, covering air, water, and soil pollution, emerging contaminants, and ecotoxicological impacts. JCCC supports studies examining climate change effects on ecosystems and biodiversity, such as species migration, habitat degradation, ecosystem resilience, and climate-driven ecological shifts. The journal further promotes work on mitigation strategies and low-carbon technologies, renewable energy, CCUS, sustainable transportation, and innovative climate-engineering solutions. Submissions addressing climate adaptation, disaster risk reduction, resilience planning, and nature-based solutions are highly valued. Additionally, JCCC welcomes research in environmental monitoring, modeling, GIS/remote sensing, and AI/ML-based climate analytics. Interdisciplinary contributions on sustainability, environmental governance, climate policy, circular economy models, climate-related health impacts, societal responses, waste management, industrial pollution control, remediation technologies, and integrated climate solutions are also within the journal’s scope.
